One honest note before you buy anything: a barrier seals an opening — it is not a drainage plan. If water rises through the slab, the soil or the drains, you need drainage, pumps or site work first, and we would rather tell you that now than after you've paid for freight.

What is your minimum order?
It depends on the line: boxwall from one carton, flood bags from 300 bags, tube dams from a single section; gates are quoted per opening schedule. Flood-bag carton count is confirmed by model at quotation. We don't ship single retail units — freight economics punish everyone. Smaller need? Ask about joining our next consolidated shipment.
How fast will I get a price?
We reply within 12 hours. If the details are sufficient, the reply includes a quote. Otherwise, we ask only for the missing essentials.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% before shipment, by T/T. For custom orders, terms are agreed per order and confirmed with your quotation.
Can I get samples?
Yes — paid samples plus freight, and the sample fee is credited against your first order.
Do you offer OEM / private label?
On every line: printed labels, custom packaging, moulded-in logos (mould contribution applies), your manuals and datasheets.
What warranty do you give?
3 years on materials and workmanship for standard lines. Custom-cut and custom-branded items are final sale. Full terms.
What's the lead time?
In-stock configurations ship in 2–7 days. Production orders are confirmed at quotation.
You're made in China — how do I know the quality is real?
The stereotype exists for a reason: this market is full of unbranded bargain kits with no stated wall thickness, no test standard and no spares. But the reverse is also true — established international flood brands have their products made in China, and our factory pool has supplied that tier for years. Geography doesn't decide quality; spec discipline does. Ours is checkable: published numbers on every product page, your spec written into the quotation and invoice so it's enforceable, third-party inspection welcome from any agency of your choice, and a paid sample — credited against your first order — before any volume. Judge us by the sample and the spec sheet, not the country line on the box.
